Singer IU had a "real-life sibling" conversation with her younger brother.
On the 26th, a video titled "Please Grant My Wish (with bro)" was uploaded to IU's YouTube channel 'Lee Ji-eun.'
The released video features IU and her younger brother out observing the Perseid meteor shower.
IU asked her younger brother, "Have you ever seen a shooting star?" and he replied, "Never."
While discussing making wishes upon seeing shooting stars, IU asked, "What is your first wish?" Her younger brother answered, "Earning more money than my sister," eliciting laughter.
IU responded, "That's impossible," and comforted him by saying, "In some parallel world, there might be a Hoon who earns more than Ji-eun among countless Hoons."
IU then asked again, "What is your wish?" Her younger brother replied, "I just told you." IU firmly said, "You should make a wish that the stars can grant. That's not possible," adding to the laughter.
Her younger brother then wished, "Help me reduce my body fat percentage by 8% before the year ends." IU scolded him, saying, "That's not something the stars do; you have to do it yourself. You don't seem to understand the concept of a wish," showcasing their realistic sibling dynamic.
