Recent updates on Go Ji-yong, a former member of the group Sechs Kies who recently announced his divorce from family medicine specialist Heo Yang-im, have been revealed.
On the 30th, Go Ji-yong posted daily photos of himself walking his pet dog along with the caption "Walking with a person in recovery and an old dog." The photo shows Go Ji-yong wearing a pink T-shirt and gray shorts, walking with his pet dog.
Previously, on the day before, Go Ji-yong drew attention by late-revealing that he had divorced his wife two years ago.
He explained, "The reason I did not disclose my divorce until now is because I wanted to protect and support my son Seung-jae so that he could fully accept the situation and grow stably," adding, "It was a decision made to respect each other's paths and fulfill responsibilities as adults."
He further added, "Seung-jae also understands his parents' new relationships and is currently doing well in a stable manner."
Go Ji-yong married Heo Yang-im in 2013 and had a son the following year. From 2017 for about two years, he appeared on KBS2's "The Return of Superman," sharing his parenting daily life and receiving much love.
